How It Works
Vehicle And Driver Validations
Every time a vehicle is allocated to a new driver, their drivers license and ID are validated digitally and linked to the vehicle via its unique license disk ensuring that there is a direct allocation between the driver and the asset on the road.
eNATIS Integration
With a direct integration into eNATIS and the traffic department, all traffic fines incurred are automatically fetched from the relevant traffic authorities and assigned to the vehicle in question.
Vehicle and Fines Matching
The traffic infringement and notice details are directly matched with the digital vehicle logs created during the vehicle and driver validations in order to pinpoint the responsible driver of the vehicle at that time.
Fines Redirection
The system then allocates and attributes the specific fine to the responsible driver at that point in time, whereby it is matched to their own ID number with a complete audit trail logged for the company’s records.
